Yoga Teacher Bio
Hei is an architect and interior designer, a mother of two and owns her design studio. She started to practice pilates and yoga 8 years ago to strike a balance in life. In 2015 she followed Ms. An-ny Lee's teaching on Qi Gong and Body Mind Soul development and became an American Yoga Alliance RYT 200hr Teacher. Hei aims to guide her students to return to their internal peace.
