Jouer began with one girl’s dream to create transcendent sensory experiences. Founder, Anne Cheung, worked as an art consultant at top galleries in New York City and London before completing her Patisserie Diploma at the world-renowned culinary school, Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, in 2011.
Anne opened her first Atelier in Hong Kong the following year, a slice of her beloved Paris tucked away in the quaint, artisanal neighborhood of Sau Wah Fong. Blending her love of art and food, the Jouer Atelier is a treasure trove of culinary treats, innovative artwork, and decorative curios.
