Jouer, meaning ‘to play’ in French, is a lifestyle concept integrating art and design with food and beverage.
Our mission is to think out of the box and present food in the most playful, creative and exciting ways.
This is represented by our star product -- mini French macarons with innovative unconventional flavors, including Chinese Vinegar and Ginger (薑醋), Mango Pomelo (楊枝甘露), Tom Yum, Kaya and Salt, HK-style Milk Tea, Cosmopolitan, Japanese Mentaiko, etc.
Our new atelier is recently opened in Sau Wa Fong, the up and coming creative hub of Wanchai. It is a workspace as well as a ‘playground’ showcasing artistic and exquisite pastry installations. It is also a retail space selling exquisite macaron gift boxes, selected home décor items, stylish tableware, as well as vintage accessories and trinkets.
Besides the shop in Wanchai, Jouer also provides bespoke catering services for wedding cocktails, corporate and luxury brand store opening and special events, such as Joyce Boutique X Marni 100 Chairs launch party, Gucci in-store event, MCM FW 2013 launch, Loveramics store opening, Paul Smith VIP cocktail, etc.
